We have purchased a few different vehicles now from Driver Motors. And, one thing we can unequivocally say is that they actually care. The don't just care about your business, but also about your family, your happiness and whether or not the deal is going to work for you. Our most recent purchase all started with us merely reaching out to them about trading in our SUV for a van due to our special needs daughter. By the end of the day we had a van that was quite a bit newer than we ever expected to be able to get as well as one that was a perfect fit for our needs and we were able to trade in our SUV. Plus, they went out of their way to make sure the financing was something we could afford. Dusty Kincer is a true credit to them and Jon Brown is a sales manager that is all heart. If you need a vehicle in Mayfield you can't do much better than to at least give them a moment of your time. We have yet to be disappointed.

I wouldn't even give it one star. I was talked down to by the guy in the service department in a very condescending manner and made to feel like my being there was an inconvenience. I brought a friend with me who was going to look at buying a new car but after seeing how customers are treated AFTER buying from Driver Motors, she will not even consider purchasing from you at all. I will never purchase another vehicle from you again either. Respect and service goes a long way and Driver Motors is obviously not capable of either. I was very disappointed with your quality of service or lack of.
I was having several issues with my 2007 Dodge 3500, I contacted Driver Motors and they very helpful and friendly. They got my truck in quickly and the repairs were done in one day. Very professional, and everything was communicated clearly. Will definitely be back next time I have trouble.
I'll give a 4 star rating as of now, they have some great sales man there now, John Brown and Taylor and Joe Glisson great guys, now when Daniel Gardner was the sales manager I would give a -5 I was with a friend that was looking at a new car and wasn't 100% sure about it and they tried locking them in the sales room and basically trying to force them to buy the car then the sales manager proceeded to cuss me like a dog and tried to fight me that was 4 1/2 years ago always thought alot of the sales men just didn't like Daniel Gardner
