Order was wrong. The young lady taking orders did an awesome job trying to keep everything moving along. The guy in the back got order wrong.... No gravy in chicken basket. Too hot, not enough workers and one employee had on a filthy shirt. Floors were dirty, too.
Every time we go, their ice cream machine is down. We get "raincheck coupons" but have never been able to redeem them. (See the first sentence) Their drive thru is incredibly SLOW. Only 2 stars because the food is pretty good if you have the patience to wait. :)
Alway had a pleasant experience at DQ. Personnel accommodating and friendly. As timely as they could be. In my opinion, great service overall. But, that was my experience.
Good place to open a ice cream parlour, start with someone to serve the customers. The people before us left, we left, I recommend the lady after me not bother.
11 20 2017 It’s ok. Burger I had seemed like it had been pre cooked and was laying in those trays of water. Not the best tasting. Also got my order wrong..
