Very poor service from both hostesses and servers. This is becoming more consistent. However, food quality is very inconsistent at this location. There are other locations in this area. I won't be returning to this one.
Very high standards for a Cracker Barrel. Food comes out relatively quickly and hot. Fantastic service from most of the wait staff. Extremely clean and organized on the inside as well.
Good food, waitress seemed robotic. Quite crowded, but it's always worth it!

We have been coming here since the doors open and most of the time I get the same thing cause I like it. I came in today and asked if they could supplement steak tips in my usual instead of sausage and was quickly told no. I told them that I would be willing the pay the difference in price for the upcharge and once again no. The manager did not come out to explain why I couldn't do that just no. This will be more than likely be the last visit to this place. Not sure who the new manager is but instead of sending messages to server to tell me, management needs to take a lesson in how to take care of their customers. My daughter used to work here and every time I come in , it seems to be new servers at every visit.
