Always very nice
Every time I actually go inside to pay my bill, the older woman is extremely rude. Our bills have been extremely high and when I ask why, she shoves a paper at you and basically says it's your own fault and she can have someone look at the meter. A house with 2 people living in it should not have $600 electric bills.
