Ordered 3 pizzas waited over 15 minutes!!!
We waited in line in drive through for 35 mins only to pull up to the window to see a note stating drive thru was for call in orders only. Went inside and there was a long wait and ZERO pizzas made. You would think rather the call Ins or pick up orders can use the drive thru. At least post a big enough sign to let cars know that they can't get pizza in the drive thru unless they called it in. Can't say anything about the pizza because we decided to go else where for pizza. So based on our experience that is the reason for one star.
So I go to little Caesars after work it's 9:30 PM they close at 10 PM order a pepperoni deep dish guy tells me you can't have a pepperoni deep dish I said why he said because we turned our ovens off I said OK don't you close at 10 he said yeah but we go ahead and turn them off early so we can start cleaning them now excuse me but from my experience when somewhere closes at a certain time THATS WHEN YOU CLOSE and might I add that they don't have any signs up saying that they stop serving certain pizzas at a certain time all I wanted was a dang Pepperoni deep dish pizza from Little Caesars in Mayfield Kentucky.
Love the pizza and the price. What I'm not happy about is the wait times for what is advertised as hot and ready. I have been waiting to review till I had been a few tik es and I must admit that I'm disappointed by the wait times. I know you can't control how many come to the store and that's why u didn t do this after one visit but the wait seem to be the norm. 15 minutes to get through drive through wheb all i ordered was a pep pizza, nothing extra is insane.
Get the pepperoni thin crust, it is the best ever. Quick service and really nice people waiting on you.
