We were simply looking for an estimate on a fresh wedding bouquet. We had some pictures printed off the internet and some color ideas. We are not flower experts so of course we have no idea EXACTLY what flowers need to go in the bouquet or EXACTLY the dollar amount we want to spend. We want to set a date and time to come in from louisville (where we live now...) to discuss our options. She tells us that we have to know what we want ahead of time, any example flower bouquets that she SHOWS us we will have to pay full price for due to it is TAKING UP HER TIME. We told her that we are just looking for an estimate as we could possibly be shopping around for the best price... and she has the nerve to try to charge us an extra $50 for her "time and expertise" especially since SHE KNOWS WE WILL BE SHOPPING OTHER PLACES. We had asked her if she would still charge us $50 if we decided to go with her that day before we left the store since that would be the first location we hit and she replied YES and became hateful when we asked "$50 just to look at our options??" She told us that we need to make a decision or find somewhere else to shop and hung up on us. NO PROBLEM. Kings Flowers people.... no problems there. The owner was extremely friendly, cooperative, no extra charges for "time and expertise," which is what we feel is part of working in a flower shop to make the customer HAPPY. I would not suggest Jeanette's flower shop to anyone requiring assistance in making their decisions. For high prices and lousy service I would give Jeanette 0 stars (one star is required by google... they do not deserve it.)
