Great service, but a long wait this time. Nice waiting area though compared to other tire shops.
Awful customer service. Awful mechanic service. Don't trust them. The car went in for routine maintenance and was running fine beforehand. We get the car back and immediately notice that it is smoking and leaking oil all over the engine. we bring it back and they immediately claim it is not their fault. They vilify us and refuse to remedy the situation saying, "It's a coincidence. We didn't cause it.". After talking with someone else they said they would reverse what they repaired and refund our money. Okay. Whatever. I hope the car will not be spewing oil when they're done with it or someone with proper authority will solve the issue. Stay away from Bailey Tire. They are not who they use to be.
Needed the piece of stuff that protects the engine from road debris from dragging. Needed to be pinned up to bottom of car. I was going to do it myself but it was cold and would have taken an hour or so. Whipped into Bailey's and for $10. and about 10 minutes, they had the job done. Best deal of the day. Everyone was kind and efficient. Thank you Bailey's.
Excellent fast service. Must better than Walmart, where I went 1st.
Not sure where the last guy went, but it wasn't Bailey's Tire. I can tell you 100% these are very qualified tire and service people. I'd trust them for all of my automotive needs.
